What prompt tips improve deck quality?
Be specific about your business: include your industry, target customer, revenue model, and stage (pre-seed, seed, Series A). Mention concrete numbers — revenue, users, growth rate — so the AI can weave them into slides. If you have brand context saved, the AI will use it automatically. Shorter prompts (2–4 sentences) tend to produce more focused decks than long paragraphs.
What exactly does the free plan include?
The Free plan gives you 3 pitch decks and 5 social graphics. You get 1 free AI generation, all 10+ slide layouts, deck templates, share links, and PNG export (with a subtle watermark). Analytics, PDF/PPTX export, brand context, and unlimited generation require a paid plan.
What export and share formats are supported?
PNG: High-resolution slide images, exported client-side in your browser (watermarked on Free, clean on paid plans). PDF: Full deck as a print-ready PDF, preserving exact slide layouts. PPTX: PowerPoint file that opens in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides. Share links: A public URL that anyone can view without a Prismdeck account — revocable at any time.
Are there any known limitations?
Decks are currently limited to 20 slides per generation. The editor is optimized for desktop browsers — creation on mobile is not recommended. Team workspaces are in early access (launching Q3 2026). AI generation quality depends on prompt specificity — vague prompts produce generic decks. PDF and PPTX exports are server-side and may take a few seconds for large decks.
Can I use Prismdeck for free?
Yes. The Free plan supports up to 3 decks and 5 social graphics so you can evaluate the workflow before upgrading.
When do analytics unlock?
Viewer analytics are available on paid plans (Pro and Team). You will see who opened your deck, when, and which slides they spent time on.
Can I share decks publicly?
Yes. You can enable share links per deck from the editor toolbar. Recipients do not need a Prismdeck account to view the deck. You can revoke share links at any time.

Can I export my deck to PowerPoint?
Yes. Pro and Team plans support one-click PPTX export. The exported file opens in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides. Free plans include PNG export with a subtle watermark.
Can I export to PDF?
Yes. PDF export is available on Pro and Team plans. The PDF preserves your exact slide layout and is suitable for printing, archiving, or email attachments.
What is the brand context feature?
Brand context lets you inject your real data — revenue figures, customer testimonials, brand colors, and target market — into AI generation. Every deck you create will reflect your actual business, not generic placeholders. Available on Pro and Team plans.
How does the Team plan work?
The Team plan ($49/month) includes everything in Pro plus priority support for operators. Team workspaces and collaboration features are currently in early access, with a full launch planned for Q3 2026. Early access members get 50% off the first 3 months. Join the waitlist via our Contact page.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from the billing settings in your dashboard. Access continues through the end of your billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
Prismdeck uses Stripe for payment processing. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and some debit cards. All payment data is handled by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
Is my data private?
Yes. Deck content and brand context data are stored securely. PNG exports run client-side in your browser. We do not share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What browsers are supported?
Prismdeck works in modern versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. For the best experience, we recommend keeping your browser up to date.
Can I use Prismdeck on mobile?
The editor is optimized for desktop use. Share links display properly on all devices, but deck creation and editing are best done on a laptop or desktop computer.
